Maui-Tek Payment Policy

By allowing Maui-Tek to charge your credit/debit card and/or consenting to pay for Maui-Tek services you agree to the following terms:

All website down payments are non-refundable after graphics or programming begin. We review all cases case-by-case by ultimately reserve the right on whether to issue down payment refunds or not.

All web services are non-refundable once we start. This includes Video productions, SEO, Website development and all of our other services.

You are aware and agree to let Maui-Tek to bill your credit card on file for any work that has been done and was previously authorized verbally or in writing. If you wish to not let Maui-Tek to auto bill for services completed please inform us via writing by email us.

Maui-Tek reserves the right to request additional funds for any reason during the development including but not limited to added features, reason to believe clients cant make full payment, additional revisions and additional content adding.

You agree not to initiate credit card charge backs against the company, any amount we lose will be sent to a third party collection agency.

Any returned check will be assessed a $20 fee and the amount may be sent to a third party collection agency
